Exchange and Return Policy

Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange or return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Returns are accepted within 30 days the delivery date.

How to Initiate an Exchange or Return

Exchange Process

Upon receiving your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item(s) based on availability. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Return Process

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to gift cards, final sale items, and worn or washed merchandise.

Return Shipping

For returns, a prepaid return label will be provided upon initiating the return. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange and Return Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria or if the items show signs of wear or damage.
